All of these styles are influenced by individual personality traits, cultural background, past experiences, and upbringing
Some ways that you can improve your communication skills could be to write things down, listen, think before you speaks, be specific but brief, check your body language, and treating everyone equally.
Some barriers or obstacles that hinder your communication may be: poor listening, lack of clarity, emotional barriers, cultural differences, physical barriers, lack of feedback, defensiveness, prejudices and biases, or language barriers.
By recognizing and addressing these barriers first will be essential to improving your communication skills!
